You can expect a response confirming your request within one to two business days. From there, we'll schedule a brief consultation call — a chance to ask questions and determine fit before beginning ongoing work.
Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?
Therapy is offered virtually, allowing you to meet from a private, comfortable space without adding travel to an already full life.
What if I'm not sure this is the right fit?
That's exactly what the consultation call is for. There's no obligation to continue after that conversation.
